Mr. Crowley
Rocktober 16th!
For the month of October, we celebrate Rock Music!
Today our song is: Mr. Crowley – Ozzy Osbourne
Wikipedia tells us this about the song:
"Mr. Crowley" was the second of two singles from Blizzard of Ozz, after "Crazy Train". It was inspired by Aleister Crowley's book Diary of a Drug Fiend that Osbourne had read, and a deck of tarot cards found in the studio as recording of the album was commencing. Crowley was an English occultist and ceremonial magician who had founded the Thelemite religion in the early 20th century. Osbourne mispronounces Crowley's name as /ˈkraʊli/, rather than the correct /ˈkroʊli/.
Thank you for supporting me during this month-long music fest. If you choose to join me in this RockFest, feel free to snag my graphic at the top or you can create your own. You don’t even have to use my same theme - just as long as it’s Rock Music.
Not a fan but he is good.
