It’s been awhile since I last joined in the Monday’s Music Moves Me (aka #4M)

I’m having a ‘good’ day today and thought I’d put together a post and join in while I had the energy. I should note that I am writing this days prior to the actual date of posting, but let’s keep our fingers crossed I’ll have more days such as today where I feel good and have energy to get things done.
