Weekly Song Challenge, Week 28

Time for the Weekly Song Challenge!

How it works:
Each week, I will provide a list of 3 topics or themes.

You come up with 1 song for each of the 3 themes.

Now, I know several of you like to plan ahead, so I’ve got a page prepared where you can find the upcoming themes..

This Week’s Song Challenge:

  1. A Song about a Place - Werewolves of London - Warren Zevon

  2. A Song with a Girl’s Name in the Title - Dear Rosemary - Foo Fighters

  3. A Song that mentions a type of weather in the Title - Raindrops Keep Falling On My Head - BJ Thomas

I’ve decided to go with a simplified linky tool to make it easier for others to get to your blog posts. You are also most welcome to post in the comments as well.

See you all again next week!

  1. Mary,

A couple of weekends ago, we watched The Wolfman on Peacock with Anthony Hopkins. There was a scene where the wolfman was loose in London and your first song pick instantly came to mind. :) "Dear Rosemary" is new-to-me. Your third pick came to mind right off the bat. I used Google to help me come up with something a different, though. Thanks for hosting the fun. Have a songsational day!

  2. Some good picks here! Different decades, too!

  3. I listened to all 3 and enjoyed them all. Raindrops is such a nice song placed in a movie that, you don't think it will work, but it does.
