Totally Awesome 80's - V #AtoZChallenge
Welcome back to the Totally Awesome 80’s!
A time when the M in MTV actually stood for Music. A time when your weekends were spent at the local Blockbuster picking out movies to watch. We had some unforgettable tunes, and that is what we’re focusing on today!
So, put on your MC Hammer pants, check your shirts for shoulderpads, and let’s dance!

ReplyDeleteMary,
ReplyDeleteI'm enjoying your playlist this morning while I make a batch of chocolate chip pecan cookies! Thanks for joining the 4M crew on the dance floor. We're on the home stretch of the A-Z challenge. You've kept me boogie through the month, my friend. Come check out, Villain Looney Tunes A-Z Art Sketch when you can! Happy A2Zing!
Nice playlist, especially Valerie, one of those songs I forgot about and now I can't imagine why. Also, Venus, a cover of the original Shocking Blue song that has such a nice 80's dance vibe.
ReplyDeleteI know you may have one song for X but you can always play INXS. This week was another fun one and I am surprised when some of these songs came out like the last one. I thought that came out in the early 80s. Oh, wonderful to listen to and I always get a kick out of that Thompson Twins video because of how they look ...hahahaaa.
ReplyDeleteLiking this 80's playlist. Very nice. Love the Go-Go's here.
ReplyDeleteSome familiar earworms on this one!
