Ah, Rick Astley - if ever one song defined an entire career, that was it!

I remember that first song and had wished they kept it slow. What powerhouse voice Donna Summer had. I found for 1981, "Never Too Much" by Luther Vandross. the next for for 1982, I found the Scorpions, "No One Like You." I do like the ones you chose but the beginning and ending of REO Speedwagon was campy. Actor he t'aint.:) I do love the Lennon song and love Neutron Dance but holy shoulder pads Batman! Hahahahaaa. The Rick Astley song is one my ex hates so it makes me laugh whenever I hear it. Is Paul a One hit wonder?? She got more famous for being a judge but just wondering?
ReplyDeleteAnother good playlist. A couple are new to me.

I still like "Never Gonna Give You Up."
