#BattleOfTheBands Results : The Caffeine Battle

My Thanksgiving captors held me longer than expected, so I apologize for the late results in this battle. For what it’s worth - I did have an enjoyable time away from the computer and I promise I didn’t miss you guys too much!


Now, let’s get on to the battle and see the results before those Turkey sandwiches are a thing of the past.

I was pleasantly surprised by this battle - The battle of Caffeine.  I was originally going to put two Big Band/Swing Band sounds against each other, but then I stumbled across that wonderful early rock and roll version that Bill Haley and His Comets did.

For a hot minute, I thought for sure it was going to be a bit of a blow out as Bill Haley took an early lead in the battle… But that Ella Mae Morse must have been waiting for her pot to heat up because as soon as it did, votes came rolling in for her. When I left with my Thanksgiving captors, it was too close to call. 

Thankfully, more votes rolled in while I was away.

The final tally -

Bill Haley and His Comets with 17 votes

Ella Mae Morse with 14 votes

And One poor soul who couldn’t be bothered with a vote.
