#FridayFive In Like a Lion
They say that a typical March comes roaring in like a Lion and leaves like a lamb. I thought it would be a great way to welcome March with a Friday Five of songs with Lion in the title. Next week, I’ve got different take on ‘Lion’ that hopefully you’ll enjoy as well.
Did your March start out as a Lion? Or is it behaving like a peaceful little lamb?
Let’s take a look at these five songs about Lions:
Peter Tosh - Lion
Bob Marley & The Wailers - Iron Lion Zion
Mumford and Sons - Little Lion Man
First Aid Kit - The Lion's Roar
The Tokens - The Lion Sleeps Tonight
for all of the details
I've got a fun theme planned for this year, and I can't wait to see what everyone else comes up with!

haha! Alls I know it that it means you were born at either the tail-end of July or the first few weeks of August. But that's about as far as my zodiac knowledge goes.
ReplyDeleteGood LION song choice.

Glad i happened by here today for the A to Z reminder! I'm so ready. Also, Lion Sleeps Tonight was once a staple lullaby for my girls ... perhaps not in the octave The Tokens took it in.
ReplyDeleteI'm really looking forward to the A to Z this year. Do you have your theme picked out for the challenge, or are you just gonna wing it?
